Twisted Moka Studio ("we", "our", or "us") is an independent game studio based in France. We make the mobile game Damage Control and run the website https://twistedmoka.com. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@twistedmoka.com.
Damage Control does not know who you are. The data below is linked to a random identifier generated by the app, not to your name or contact details. Because that identifier is unique to your device, the data still counts as personal data under European law, so we explain it here.

Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your name, payment card, or billing details.
PostHog and RevenueCat act on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data leaves the European Economic Area (for example, to RevenueCat in the United States), the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Our website uses no cookies and no trackers. The app uses no advertising identifier (IDFA or Android Advertising ID) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, which is why it never shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Damage Control is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email privacy@twistedmoka.com and we will reply within one month.
Since we don't know who you are, we may need your app identifier to find your data. You can also stop all data collection at any time by uninstalling the app.
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In France, that is the CNIL (cnil.fr). Residents of other countries, including the United States, have similar rights under their local laws and can use the same email address.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we collect only what we need. If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify the authorities and, where required, the people affected.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
